Shipping

We are a UK-based company and ship directly from the UK. All orders placed before midday (12 PM) are dispatched the same day.

  • Royal Mail First Class or Second Class is used based on your selected shipping option.
  • Orders that qualify for free shipping are sent via Royal Mail Second Class.

 

Refunds

We offer full refunds for undelivered or damaged items, in accordance with the policies outlined below.

  • If eligible, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at: sales@wholesaleoilsuk.com.

 

Undelivered Items

Typical delivery timelines are provided on each product page. While we aim to meet those timelines, delays of up to 15 additional days may occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.

  • If your item does not arrive within this extended timeframe, your order is considered undelivered and eligible for a full refund.
  • Orders with incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping addresses are not eligible for refunds.

 

Returns Policy

  • Defective items are eligible for a full refund.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
    • Card Payments: 5–10 working days
    • PayPal Payments: Typically processed within 24 hours

If your refund hasn’t been received after the above periods:

  1. Re-check your payment account
  2. Contact your bank or PayPal
  3. If still unresolved, email us at sales@wholesaleoilsuk.com

 

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
  • Sale items are non-refundable. However, refund requests on sale items are reviewed case-by-case at our discretion.

 

Cancellations

  • Once your order is processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If you contact us before processing, your order can be cancelled with a £5 cancellation fee to cover transaction costs.

 

Product Returns

  • Returned products must be in original condition and unopened.
